Joshua D. Molina, Esq.

Joshua D. Molina practices in the areas of securities regulation and litigation, including Plaintiffs'/Claimants' side litigation, customer dispute and expungement matters and Broker-Dealer Compliance and Defense.

Mr. Molina has been with Sallah, Astarita & Cox since 2021. Since joining our firm, Mr. Molina has handled a plethora of matters, including complex SEC, FINRA, and State regulatory investigations, white collar criminal cases, civil litigation in state and federal court, and FINRA arbitrations. Some the regulatory matters that Mr. Molina has been involved with include issues of market manipulation, insider trading, accounting fraud, and ponzi schemes. Mr. Molina regularly interfaces with regulatory investigators and examiners to negotiate favorable settlements for broker-dealer and investment advisory clients.

Mr. Molina graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2021. While in attendance, he was a member of the International Comparative Law Journal and participated in the university's prestigious legal clinic program.

As a student, Mr. Molina was frequently mentioned in the Dean's list for demonstrating academic excellence. He was awarded the Deans Award for Academic Achievement in Torts, and was commended for being the best Mediator in the Spring term, exemplifying both professionalism and exceptional dispute resolution skills.

Mr. Molina is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
